Meet John Ferguson
I have been in the sales industry for over 34 years and I am a professional phone salesman, Trainer, Entrepreneur and motivational speaker that has been very successful in my career.
I first started off working for a telemarketing company when I was 16 years old setting appointments for time shares where I quickly became the top appointment setter. I learned how to speak to customers at a young age where other people didn’t realize this skill.
I was always intrigued with the sales process and wanted to learn more. It came down to being able to manipulate or persuade someone in to buying is what attracted me to sales not to mention the money.
I also figured out if I acted a certain way with customers they reacted differently with me. This is something that top sales people do and maybe they don’t even realize it. What they say and how they say it, or how you act and the presence you create is also important. This is all a part of my classes and techniques that I teach to help you become a top sales person.
I have worked in all kind of sales jobs from setting appointments, door to door sales, selling coupons, phone sales, selling vacuums in people homes.
What I realized working at all these jobs is there are certain techniques you can use to create a high sales portfolio and make a lot of money.
I believe in order to remain and be successful in life you have to be willing to give it away. So I have decided to share my techniques I have learned throughout my career with you in short training classes and I will also be doing a podcast talking about sales and other topics.
