So I am sitting here wondering what I could have done better as a sales trainer. I bring these sales people in a start to teach them the sales job. I cant understand people sometimes? I often wonder why they decided to get the sales job in the first place? I feel like they come in the job with no goals in mind or any kind of motivation. Mine always has been to be successful and make money of course. I guess when they find out that they actually need to work on themselves to be better they have a problem with it. You see sales is about ourselves and until we are willing to improve ourselves and habits we cant begin to be better at sales. People are always making excuses why they aren’t getting better. I have seen this for many years now and the successful sales people are always willing to do what it takes to change. So some sales people this is easy for them and some people this is hard to do.
